This state-of-the-art hospital was established in 2015. As a tertiary care facility, the hospital owns a purpose-built building equipped with all the modern ophthalmic instruments and highly qualified professional human resource. This hospital provides services to more than 800 – 1000 patients in OPD on daily basis. POB Eye Hospital Karachi also acredited for the FCPS training part II from the College of Physicans and Surgeons Pakistan. Opthalmologists can contact for their FCPS part-II training in Karachi. All the ophthalmic diseases are managed in this center of excellence including regular services for anterior segment surgeries with Phacoemulsification and Intra Ocular Lens Implantations. Vitreo-retinal, oculoplastic procedures and Keratoplasty (corneal transplant) are also performed. All the services are free of cost.
