Prevention of Blindness Trust is a registered charity working for the prevention and treatment of the avoidable causes of blindness focusing on the deprived and marginalized communities. Since its inception in July 2007 The trust is providing free of cost diagnostic and surgical eye care services is remote and deprived areas of "Pakistan" and different "African" countries.
We have established a strong network of volunteer ophthalmologists,eye care professionals, donors and community-based workers. So far, the trust has provided free services to 13,94,000 patients in OPD and 1,50,700 cataract patients have been operated for extraction and IOL implantations.
We safely assume that the services have covered millions of individuals and contributed in the social and economic development.
